Help Important Question

Hey guys, I've been on a VW plan for 2 years now and have recently upgraded to a droid bionic 4g lte from a droid 2. I got the bionic from wirefly in the mail today (Saturday) and when I called to have it activated and have the service switched from the droid 2 to the bionic it turned out the customer care center was already closed for the weekend. Now my question is can I get this thing turned on and activated/switched over without a human from verizon? The paperwork that came with it says:

Existing Verizon Wireless Customers & Exchanges ... Activating a 4G LTE Phone

Please DO NOT turn on your new Verizon Wireless 4G Device. We must activate your 4G LTE device before you turn it on. Please call us at 888-843-2485.

Verizon Wireless 4G LTE devices utilize a SIM card and have unique activation instructions.

So is there a way I can get this thing going without having to wait until Monday morning? This is my first 4g phone and i'd rather not mess it up so that's what I need help with, thanks in advance.

I'm not a Verizon tech, but I'm afraid you need to wait till Monday. They have to set up your account on their end. I wish it was different, but it's not. Just be patient knowing you'll be happier on Monday.
