Importing Bookmarks

Apparently the Nexus 4 doesn't have the regular Android browser and Chrome is provided. I can't find a way for Chrome to import the bookmarks associated with my Google account. It was turn key when upgrading before. The browser imported when I signed into my account. How can I import?

I've been searching all day.

I finally found a way from my desktop to "sync" (kind of). I now have most of the desktop bookmarks....well....at least the essential ones.

I don't have a Nexus 4 yet but does the version of Chrome that comes with the Nexus 4 allow exporting and importing via a bookmark file?
