Help Importing Contacts

I am having difficulty importing contacts off of my SD how do i do so?

I installed the rom and need to put them back, and also any easy way of deleting duplicate contacts from google account i got like five of each

Yeah go to contacts/ settings import from sd also view google account in webpage go to account settings delete duplicate entries

Im a dummy thanks i kept trying to do it through the phone app not the actual contact one thank you
