Whenever I call someone with my Triumph, they usually complain about not understanding what I'm saying. I was wondering if there is anyway to improve voice quality during a call. Also, is the microphone on the Triumph located on the back near the camera or at the bottom of the touchscreen? Thanks in advance

Somewhere else I read that noise/echo cancellation is accomplished by a small microphone mounted at the back of the unit. Look for the tiny hole on the battery cover. I don't know if that is true. However, the main microphone is at the bottom as the previous poster indicated.
Yea, I noticed two holes on my phone and was confused as to which hole was for the microphone. Thanks =)

Try making a voice recording; perhaps your mic is just bad or semi-broken? If that sounds bad also, then I'd say get a replacement.
If that sounds good, then perhaps your signal whereever you are isn't great? Does it sound bad when you make calls from anywhere? or only certain places?
Or try a headset and see if that makes a difference. Basically, try to narrow down if the issue is with your phone, your mic, or the signal.

I think I will try that. Actually I already have a replacement phone coming in so I'm really hoping that its just the phone right now....gonna keep my fingers crossed haha
