Improved battery life with 2.2?

Just my imagination or is the battery lasting longer since 2.2 update?

And when you go to About Phone - Battery it now shows partial bar usage not just fulll bar usage?
 
well my phone has been on for 4hours with Wi-Fi and Sync on the whole time and im on 98% :-)
and im using a Brand New Battery that hasnt gone through its Cycle stage yet so its going t improve for me.

Had mine a month or so and on the current charge it's been up for just over a day and only lost 1 bar, its amazing, I love this phone.

Absolutely! Battery life was good, now it's great. Google optimized their code and that shows, both in performance and in battery life.
 
yeah each O.S upgrade uses less resource and power so hopefully Gingerbread 2.3 will be even better if it comes to wildfire :-)
