Help In-built photo editor ?

Hi

Ever since updating my O2 S2 to Jellybean I can't edit photos after opening them from Gallery.

It keeps telling me Photo Editor is not installed and would I like to download it. When I select Yes, nothing happens.

Any ideas ? Is this a bug ?
