For the life of me I cannot remember how to get the alpha numeric keypad on my phone during a call, you know for when you have to type in a password to access say digital banking. All I have us numbers and I need the letters displayed too.

I've done this before, just can't bloody remember how.

Help please guys.

I could do with the answer to this myself ....:)

Nope, tried that and it just brings up the numeric only keypad. It's so annoying because I've had this problem on my Desire and fixed it by a fluke. Can't remember how damnit lol

As could I.

I'm pretty certain my old Desire had letters as well as numbers on the in-call keypad but the Sensation definitely only comes up with numbers so you have no hope in hell when asked to tap in a password. Grrrrrrrr. Oversight or incompetence by HTC? I don't know but it's a definite case to me of "If a thing ain't broke, don't fix it!"

Same applies to the LED.

Same issue here as well, I've probably used up most of my minutes for the month ringing my voicemail trying everything I can to try to get it to work!

Yeah, what gives with this? One of the very few things I miss about my Xperia X10, this. A decent LED notification light!
