I have a callback account. When it calls me back, I use the in-call keypad to enter the number I want to call. This requires starting with a + for international calls and pressing Send (usually a green telephone handset symbol) when I have entered the number. This has never been a problem on previous phones with physical keypads, but on the SGS3 the in-call keypad has only numbers, * and #.
