Help In call volume is so low...help???

So i have had my Bionic for 2 weeks now and it had been working great, i went to work today, and when I was on break to make a call i could barley here the person i was taking to. Went to Verizon, hard reset it twice and troubleshooted and the volume is still low, what do i do.?

Exchange it? Hold it differently to your ear so you can hear it better with the ear piece volume turned up all the way? How about go into "media effects" under "sounds" in your menu and enable it for the phone speaker and set it to balanced see if that helps

There is also a free volume app in the market that helps.
