Recently I have been having problems when making or receiving phone calls, the volume seems to be muted when it is not, the only way I can hear is if I put the phone on speaker. Has anyone else had a problem like this before or have any idea what the solution could possibly be?
Yes I have just started having the same problem. Twice in the last 3 days. Then in a separate incident I have noticed that my phone will turn itself off then come back on like a reboot.
It seems to happen every time my phone switches between bluetooth and headset. When I switch back to regular my phone is muted and the only way to fix it is to reboot
