Help In Car mode - switching on randomly!!

As per the thread title - in car mode keeps switching itself on - every few seconds. I don't have the phone docked!


Battery is being run down - and i cant otherwise use the phone. Has anyone here any experience with this? How do I deactivate in car mode forever!??

Are you using a case with a magnet?

No - just the standard leather flip case.....hmmm...although there is a small 'magnetised button' on those....???

It is my understanding that the issue you are having may be caused by a faulty USB port.

If you Google this issue, you will also find similar posts that site the USB port as the culprit.
