It's no wonder, it's a Palindrome Week! :D :D

Nah, I really never watched the show. Even the "holy grail" movie I didn't find to be the holy grail of comedy. I did quite enjoy "A Fish Called Wanda" although that's not quite the same thing. In the British Humour genre my favorite was Benny Hill. ;)

The Monty Python shows were a bit hit-and-miss for me, but I thought their films were really funny.

My favorite Python-esque movie, and a cult classic comedy, is Yellowbeard. I defy anyone into dry humor to get through that movie without laughing. It has an all-star cast of comic actors of the day (and a few surprises), and never ceases to amuse me.

One long palindrome:

Dog lived as a devil god

Which begs the question, why isn't 'palindrome' a palindrome? Couldn't they have called it a 'palinilap?

And if young pigs are piglets, why aren't young chickens chicklets? And WHY do we still "dial" our phones?

What's up with animal groupings, too?

A flange of baboons.
A murder of crows.
A coalition of cheetah.
A peregrine of wombat. (Don't the poor wombats have enough problems already?)
And the peregrine faclon? No, it's not a 'wombat of peregrines' which it should be, just to be fair, but alas they have NO group designation!
A smack or a fluther of jellyfish.
An exaltation of lark.
And let's not forget that when momma spider has her babies, she has a clutter of spiderlings.
