It doesn't actually do that. The Android OS just warns you that, potentially, any replacement keyboard could. That warning pops up when enabling any keboard. Swype, Better Keyboard, Smart Keyboard Pro, Shapewriter. Anything.I was interested in Shapewriter until I read the disclaimer that it captures all your keystrokes, meaning user names, passwords, anything you type into the system, ouch, no thanks!![]()

All keyboards say that. I think it's because they save custom inputs to the dictionary.

So I guess I am asking if it is safe and do other people have this new beta version.
