Root In dire need of help

I think I screwed up big time today, guys, hopefully you can help me.

I rooted a few months ago, and completely forgot that I rooted.

Today I accepted an OTA.

I downloaded the OTA

And as my phone was shutting down I realized I had rooted and panicked and pulled the battery.

The phone started back up normally.

I saw my homescreen, so I didn't worry anymore.

I picked up my phone again and now there's a blue android with a yellow exclamation mark.

What did I do? Please tell me I can fix it.

Your help is much appreciated.

EDIT: I followed the revolutionary root method step by step, and in the revolutionary menu it appears I have nothing to restore, I don't know why, please advise.
 
Thank you, sorry, in my panic I guess I didn't think to search... stupid I am. Anyway, thanks and sorry for starting another thread about it.
 
based on the other threads in this forum, it shouldn't be too tough to fix. seems a lot of other people ran into the same issue. just don't panic! hope it all works out for the best
