Pretty frustrated here since I called my local best buy yesterday to be informed that they were "SOLD OUT nation wide" So I just purchased it online and received the 6/18 shipping date not the 6/22 >whew<.
So then today I decide to check the stock of my local best buy and to my surprise two stores have them in stock I call the first one and I am told that all 8 DI are on hold till the end of the day, That's fine so I call the next one they tell me there are four left and two people are in line buying one each I ask hey can you hold one for me and the CSR says no company policy wont allow it, So I call internet sales to cancel my order (since its on back order) the lady behind the phone with attitude problems tells me from her ivory tower that she cannot cancel it and that I have to wait until next month. Now its just a phone and I'll have it soon enough but I feel like customers who purchased online and renewed a two year contract should have a little bit of higher priority here in this situation.
With that said she told that some orders ship sooner then others so whatever,Basically I was upset that since I had no package being shipped to me withing the next 2 weeks that I should be able to cancel my order but no.
