Help incD lockup problem - I found the problem

My incredible Droid occasionally locks up. It took me forever to notice it only happens when I disconnect it from my Verizon car DC charger!

Now I have to experiment to see what condition the phone should be in to have it not lock up. (dark screen, full screen on, which app is on, etc)

Battery removal is the only way to restore it.

Is anyone else having problems with the Verizon charger? (I noticed it causes a whine in my car radio).

never had a problem with the verizon vehicle charger that I use. (i have the one with the extra usb slot to charge another phone)
