Help Incoming Call Issue

My brothers LG-Motion (I'm the tech geek) only lights up when he gets a call, it doesn't show who's calling or anything just lights up with home screen. Caller will be able to leave a message and he can see who called in his missed calls then call them back. Does he just need a new phone??

did your brother ever get his phone ringing because mine is doing the same thing and metro even gave me a new number after no success there they also told ne i need a new phone

Take it to MetroPCS Corporate Sore and they will replace it for only $15 with a new phone.
