Since updating my Eris I have had trouble with my incoming calls. My phone will ring, but the screen to answer it will not come on. The screen remains off while the phone rings 5 or 6 times and by the time it finally comes up and I'm able to answer it, I miss the call. Also, once it does come up it shows only the number of the caller before actually showing the picture or name of the person calling. Is anyone having one or both of these issues? Is there anyway to solve it? I especially need to solve the issue of incoming calls. Any help would be great.
