incoming call when you are on a call question

Hi All,

if I am on a call and a new call beeps in, how do I hang up on the existing call and answer the new call?

If I select "answer" on the incoming call, it puts my existing call on hold. I don't want to put the existing call on hold, I want to stop that call to answer the new one.

How can I do this?

I've been tryin to figure this out too, on my buddy's droid x(aosp) the screen has a 'switch call' button, he's on froyo too. Maybe its just the sense dialer that doesn't do this...kinda annoying

Press Menu and tap Flash. Puts first caller on hold and you answer the second caller

Repeat steps above to go back to first caller

when you pick up a second call the only thing needed to drop the first call is for said caller to hang up...how do you remove the icon from the call screen I have no idea, but at least you know you dont have both lines busy
