Help Incoming Caller ID Gone!

After a day of using my HTC Incredible all of the sudden now the phone doesn't show who is calling. Not even if the contacts are saved on the phone.

It just says Accept or Decline.

I called Tech Support and the only sollution they had was to do a full reset.

I feel it's probably just some stupid setting somewhere. Hope someone can help.

I'm not aware of any settings around this. However, it may be a rogue app you installed. Uninstall whatever you installed recently.

battery pull? was it just 1 phone call, or all 2 calls you received today need more info.

i'm facing the same problem with HTC wildfire.All incoming calls are being shown as "unknown"...even the saved ones.The worst part is that u can't even call back these numbers since no incoming call nos. are being displayed. I have tried factory reset, it didn't work. If u find a solution pls tell me.
