Help incoming caller id?

Have my ray with two weeks now and love it for many reasons but rather annoyingly the incoming caller id is not working and I cant figure out if I need to enable it or if there is something wrong with the phone. Any suggestions here would be appreciated.

Just a quick question, are you referring to incoming or outgoing caller id?

What is appearing when the call is coming through, is it Unknown or is it only displaying the number?
