Help Incoming calls don't work - 2.2 update an hour ago

Update my Droid X to 2.2 an hour ago.

This is an UNMODIFIED Droid X. No root. Totally stock.

Two things.

1. When I try to call my phone. The phone does not ring. The screen goes black. And the entire phone freezes up. Have to do a battery pull.

2. In settings I cannont access any volume settings, ringtones, notification settings etc.

Ideas?

After 5-6 battery pulls the phone started to work.

Now it's doing the same thing as in my initial post.
