Help Incoming calls

Incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Phone is not in plane mode.

Have you messed with any settings in the hidden menu? If you have make sure you change them back.

Where is the hidden menu?

The hidden menu is accessed by typing in a key combination on the dialer (where you dial phone number)... I don't know the codes off the top of my head but a search here should find it for you.

Since you don't know about the hidden menu, I'd say you didn't mess with the settings in it. What does the service state say? Go to Settings > About Phone > Status > Service State.
