Inconsistent Delay in Corporate Mail Sync

As the title states, I am seeing incosistent timing when syncing with corporate exchange account. Sometimes, it hits my phone as soon as it hits Outlook, others it may be up to an hour later, and I'll all of a sudden download a batch of emails.

I know the .604 update is supposed to improve corporate sync, but was curious if others is seeing the same thing.
