Root Increase EXT partition size help

Hi, I have been using an English version of MIUI and it's great. I have a fair few apps on my phone and have run out of space on my A2SD+.

Could someone please tell me the best method to change my A2SD size from 512Mb to 1Gb? I have a 16Gb SD card and not sure the best way to go about it. I have looked in the guides but haven't seen anything about "upgrading" the size of the A2SD partition.

You're allowed to create new threads you know

Nandroid backup
Copy contents of FAT32 to computer
Mount via recovery into Gparted
Remove the 512 partition
Create desired partition
Copy contents back to FAT 32
Nandroid restore
