Not sure about that but would be interested also if there is

Handcent will increase the text in messages if thats any use, its a godsend for me

i have handcent all ready and that works like a charm bigger font size and customizing colours for each person that i correspond with .
just be nice if they made the fonts bigger in the contact details

I too subscribe to this lament (and thread).

PDA address book: you can actually read the entire entry for a person.
Android phone book: it says "mobile" in big type, but you can't read the bloody number because it's in tiny 2pt size!

The next version of Groupy (android market) has options to increase the font size. If you use the initials H for Home, M for Mobile, F for Fax, ... you can increase the font size even more. I can now use the contact folders I setup on my DroidX as well. Now I can read my contact phone numbers!
