incredible back to droid...?

I went back to the Droid after owning an incredible for a month. The phone was lightning fast but it felt like it was missing something. Most of my main gripes were minor ones but I guess they were enough for me to take it back and use my Droid again.

My reasons for not choosing the Incredible...

No Keyboard
Sense UI
HTC - I just don't like HTC in general
Snapdragon processor - for some reason, i don't feel it.
Looks like it can break with one drop

Reasons for buying Droid.

I wanted it. =)

How are people switching back and forth between phones? Paying full price? I figured we're all locked in with contracts.

Gotya. I wouldn't mind trying out the Incredible, which is why I ask. I like the Droid and all, but since I never use the keyboard, I was curious about a non-keyboard phone.

It would be like having a phone with no keyboard....... If you are okay with it, then give it a try.... Its always about personal preference.

I would, but no way I am paying full price. :) I've had my Droid since launch so I guess I am SOL.

I dont think you are missing out on much anyways......lol.

I choose Droid over Incredible! I just got my phone about 30 days ago.

I am not feeling HTC that much..... That's just me.... I'm sure that theres MUCH better phones to come after it.

blew the loud speaker 2 times in two weeks ( even at full vol no where near as loud as the droid)
no hardware keyboard
droid will get Froyo soon
didnt run games as well

I never thought about using the 30 day period as a free trial. Good idea. What happens with the old phone then? De-activated? Do you then have to pay another fee to get it turned back on?
I also find myself never using my droid keyboard. Not that I don't want to. But it seems easier just to use the Android keyboard.

Wow!

You should have seen the crap storm I got into for pretty much saying the same things to someone who asked "Which Droid should I get?".

Having used three other phones in the past year (Palm Pre, HTC Hero, Samsung Moment), I am sooooooooo in love with my OC'd Moto Droid.
