Root Incredible Bricked...Please Help!!

I know you probably get a lot of requests regarding needing help on recovery.But I believe I entered a soft brick on my Droid Incredible and can't seem to find the right fix on forums.

Rooted this morning using unrEVOked and went fine.

Installed ROM Manager and Clockwork Recovery v3.0.0.8

Went to install and flash CM7 and didn't select wipe cash option, just dalvik option.

Phone sits on CM7 boot screen and won't go from there.

When I go into clockwork recovery, I can't get any of the selected options to work. It just sits at the black screen with the orange circle and top hat. Anytime I press power, it goes back to main menu. But nothing seems to work and I can't even factory reset...

Even tried dropping CM7 update.zip file on SD card from PC, and Clockwork still won't do anything.

Is my phone bricked and am I completely f*cked?

Any help you can offer, I would greatly appreciate it.

First time rooter and possibly didn't know 100% what I was doing.

Ok, I feel dumb. So what are the best steps to getting CM7 to work? I re-installed the zip from my sd card. Do i just need to backup and restore or do I need to do a factory reset?

Don't use rom manager, install directly from recovery. have to do a complete wipe... wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik (under the advanced menu in clockwork). Then select "install zip from sd card". You also have to flash "gapps" (google apps) if you want the market and such to work. That is flashed right after you flash the ROM. The rom will be in the download.cyanogen.com folder, gapps will be in the goo.inside.me folder. Good Luck.
