Help incredible keeps relaoding after i hit home button

I got a weird update a few weeks ago and now my phone is reloading itself everytime i hit tthe home button it reloads. Wtf.. im getting realy fed up with this phone. Helppp

That is just sense re-starting... seems it is a problem with how your system handles it's resources... has been more complaints about this since the OTA

So how do i fix it?

It is possible you have an app that is hogging resources causing this. Use systempanel (from the market) to see if any apps are using excessive cpu/memory. Then uninstall whatever app is the culprit. That really is the only way that i know of.
