Help Incredible keyboard problems

Sometimes my keyboard will come up in lowercase and not register anything I type. I will have to wait and when I open it back up a couple minutes later the keyboard will be back to normal and the letters will be capitalized again. Why is this?

Same,, also my vibration and vibration touch feedback quit working randomly...
