I just purchased the Seidio replacement battery for my new Incredible, rated at 1750 mAh and was trying to charge it but I get a flickering red and green light and no charge. This is a brand new battery from Amazon. The contacts appear to be making proper contact, there is no heat buildup but also no charging. Is this a dead cell battery that needs to be returned? Any ideas? Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
