Help Incredible S doesn't ring in sleep mode

We've just bought 2 HTC Incredible S and both won't ring/recieve calls when they are in sleep mode. Mine goes straight to message bank and my girlfriends doesn't ring at all (she doesn't have message bank set up on hers). How do we fix this problem?

I had this issue: I regularly swap SIMs and had both SIMs set up as APNs. As soon as I made sure that only the APN settings for one SIM were in place, the problem went away.

Hope it doesn't come back.
