Root Incredible Uprgade

Quick and probably simple question...I rooted my Incredible using the unrevoked process in October. Since then, the latest update was pushed out from Verizon. After reading about the benefits of the upgrade, I decided not to do it. Now, every fifteen minutes or so, I get the upgrade prompt on my screen. I've selected "Later" numerous times and am getting sick of it. When I select "Upgrade", the screen counts down to zero to reboot, then nothing happens. I can continue using the phone as normal. Is there anyway to keep my phone from prompting to install the update?

Then I'd search around a bit, this question has been answered, pretty easy fix to make the OTA message stop.
