Help Incredible Vs Iphone Exchange Help

[sta7ic]

I know I'm asking a biased forum a little bit, but what are the advantages using Exchange on the incredible vs the iphone or vice versa?

Is there anything the iphone can do with microsoft exchange that the incredible can't or vice versa?
My dad is trying to decide whether to ditch his imagio for a incredible or get an iphone (after the new one obviously) and is curious about the exchange support.

I'll comment tomorrow after I upgrade to Exchange 2010. I can say my install of 2003 is NOT playing nicely with the Inc (nor Moto Droid), but does NOT exhibit the same problems with the iPhone. I have a feeling this may be Exchange version related. We'll see what happens.
