Help Incredible & windows xp

I'm haveing trouble getting windows xp (sp3) to recognise my dinc "removable discs" via usb. They show up as removable discs "F:" & "G:" but when I try to open them (in xp) a message box pops up saying "please insert a disc into drive G: (or F. How do I correct this? Thanks.

while usb'd to your computer, from the phone "scroll down the top" and select charge only. change that to disk.

scroll down the top means drag your finger from the top down the face of the phone to bring up that menu.
