Root IncredibleK #21 vs SetCPU

I've been using SetCPU because it comes stock with CM6, but I've read a lot of recommendations for the InvisibleK #21 kernal. What are your reasons for choosing one over the other?

EDIT: obviously the title is supposed to say InvisibleK, not IncredibleK... Too many lost hours of sleep...

It's worth noting that I've been using SetCPU and have had no problems with it whatsoever. It has done everything I've expected and wanted it to (once I got past the initial WTF stage about the different scaling options).
