Individual Notification Removal

[Matt3166]

I was wondering if there was a way to do the individual notification removal like the Motorola phones have or ice cream sandwich? An app maybe?

Thanks

What phone? And are you running a Rom?

The only way I know to do it right now is worth a ROM. CM7 has that option.
