Help Infuse 4G-Default saving location for Apps and files

Is there a way to change the default saving location of Samsung Infuse 4g without rooting it? I changed the 2GB microSD that came with it with 16GB MicroSD. I can move the apps manually from phone to SD Memory(phone's internal memory) but not to the new microSD. please help.. Thanks.

Sd is the external one lol
