Help infuse 4g HELP!!!

ok a few days ago i woke up and my hspa+ was not working no 3g or edge ether. i went in to wireless and network setting and under mobile networks "use packet data" is off. i don't know if it should be on and when i go to turn it on it tells me it may incur additional charges. and when i turn it on i get hspa+ back working fine.

wifi works and i have even done a factory reset

Lol calm down just hit it on, its fine ignore the extra charges warning its just from someone suing att because they had it on and got charged because they had a rogue app lol. It is fine, do not worry about it.
