Infuse 4G Tether Manager

Can anyone telll me why the tether manager is constantly running on my Infuse 4G ? Is it that way on anybody elses ? When I kill it it immediately starts right back up as if it was a system app. Thanks in advance for any help.

If you are referring to TetheringManager Service, that's because it IS a system application. Even though it restarts, it's dormant if you aren't tethering, and does not consume any CPU cycles.
