Initial Charge / Initial Turn On

Just wondering how long am i suppose to let my new phone charge out of the box? Also were you able to turn it on right away? Mine's charged for over 2 hours now and i still can't turn it on even after i manually reset the battery... is that normal?

I was able to turn mine on right out of the box. It had over half a charge on the battery.

Just an fyi, I can turn my phone on and off while it is charging. Are you sure it wont turn on?
