:beer:I don't know about an audio jack but I've just had a play and managed to get my tablet to record via it's USB interface.
The app I used was the demo version of USB Audio Recorder Pro.
The interface I used was a Zoom H4 - basically a field recorder but it has XLR sockets as well as in built in mic. It also looks as if it would work with my Yamaha mixer.

Added. just tried the Yamaha MW10c mixer - it seems fine.
