Root insertcoin problem

Hy, I have installed insertcoin rom, app2sd one. But I messed up somehow, because the phone is functioning, but in the right corner it always says 'SAFE MODE'. When I turn it off I cant boot into HBOOT by pushing down the power and the volume down button... All I want is the SAFE MODE to disappaer, and to finally manage to boot into HBOOT... If anybody has an answer, thanks

my phone often get freezed .. i have to reboot
