Inserting numbers in texts

I was just wondering if anyone knew how to, or if theres an app to instert a telephone number in a txt mssge. I dnt mean that vcard business either. Thanks

i noticed this the way i get around it is going to the phonebook selected edit number then copy paste it into a message

its a long way but i dont send numbers often so i dont mind

Thats what I've been doing so far......but as you say, its the long way around. Oh well.
