Normally my inspire works great! Never had an issue with it. However, about a week ago I have had issues with it staying on. While unplugged it would just shut off with no warning. Sometimes I can turn it back on and it will operate for a while but then shuts off again. While plugged into the charger it works fine. I have taken the battery out and plug it in and the battery charge level is the same. How would I reset the phone? Do I need a Need a battery? Would a software update fix the issue?
