Inspire vs. Nexus One

Did any of you guys come from a N1 before the Inspire? I'm wondering how they compare. I need to buy a phone and I'm looking on craigslist and those both seem to be nice and are around $250. I'm curious which might be the nicer phone to hold me over for a few months.

The only person I know who went from a Nexus One to an Inspire was Andrea Christiano, but he's not a member on this forum. You could try contacting him over on Atrix Forums - Atrix Forum - Motorola Atrix Forum.

I came from a Nexus One to the Inspire. The Inspire has better specs in general and I'm extremely happy with it. That said, the Nexus One is an awesome phone as well. I loved the trackball, it could light up tons of different colors, really nice to see who's texting you before you pick up the phone. It's also up to Gingerbread now and easily rooted, ROM'd and whatnot. But my Inspire has a lot more available memory and is much faster, the bigger screen is really nice too. Both awesome phones but I prefer the Inspire right now.

I came from a Nexus One to an Inspire. Like the other user said, both phones are excellent. The Nexus One is smaller, has Gingerbread, and I tweaked it to allow tethering w/o the plan. Google will update its OS faster than other phones. The Inspire is bigger and has more power.

I actually use both phones regularly. The Inspire is the one I carry around with me, use has a phone, browse the web, etc. The Nexus One is on my nightstand, and I use it to play games, watch shows, organize the upcoming day, and use as an alarm clock, all while my Inspire is charging. I could use the Inspire for all of that too, but I like the idea of using two gadgets =)
