Instagram problem!

I have a problem with instagram video, every time I want to take a video the phone freezes and restart by itself and sometimes I have to restart using the power button, (stock rooted) I find out that on slim bean the video works but while taking the video the colors goes negative. the camera and video works fine in any other application. I decided to go back to stock( no root) to see if it was for the root that wasn't working but still the same.
does anyone has the same problem? or any way to fix this

You can try clearing app data, and reinstall the app if needed. If your other camera video recording apps are working without issues, then I would believe the problem is with the instagram app itself. Have you contacted the developer?

Anyone figure this out?

If i go on instagram with my s2, and try to record a video the phone freezes. If i let it sit it will restart on its own and for some reason always restarts with the volume off.

Anyone got a fix?

Has to be more of you using IG and a S2!

Contact the developer of instagram about it. I don't use the app personally. Are there settings in it for adjusting video resolution in that app? If so then try turning it down to the level that the front camera uses seeing as the front camera is not an 8MP

Asked my wife about this cuz she uses it.... She didn't even know you could take video with IG lol
