Install 4.3 or Not?

Well I'm on 4.3 cm10.2 ATM. I have to reroot my phone on 4.3 stock if I want it to properly work since flashing Su again doesn't fix it as they said it would. Not a biggie tho there is a toolkit for it :D but all I can say from my experience on 4.3 is: doesn't waste as much battery ; is more responsive in a way ; and smooth ;) Ohh so buttery smooth.

Haven't seen a bug on this either as well besides from the whole root thing haha

Which SU did you flash? I flashed SuperSU-v1.51 and got root back without any problems.

I have kept root on reboot, so I'm not sure where the problems are.
Could be Chainfire's latest SU too. Like I said, I flashed 1.51 even though most of the threads talk about 1.43.
