Help Install APK files....how? I get error for security...

Hi everyone. I'm trying to install an apk file on my froyo captivate. I have rooted and copied over the apk file but I get "For security, your phone is set to block the installation of applications not obtained from the Android Market". How do I fix this? thanks.

easiest way is to use this
Sideload Android apps all you want with the Sideload Wonder Machine | Android Central

you can unblock sideloading but it takes awhile to do it

I just figured that out. Awesome! Any good recommended apps for sideloading?

I only have 1 or 2 sideloaded apps, one is Xfinity TV from comcast because for some reason or another its not in my market which irritates me greatly. and then i had to sideload the app i wrote and there may be 1 or 2 more but i really cant think of them right now. i know i used to have a few from xda but most of those are in the market now
