Install Apps from SD card

I've got a bunch of APKs on my SD card that I want to install, but AppsInstaller and all the other programs I could find all crash on launch. Does anyone know of an installer that's compatible with the Droid/Android 2.0?

Astro worked for me, just make sure you have the option to install unknown apps checked in settings.
